Position: Installer Provisioned Infrastructure consultantLocation: HybridDuration: 6 months + extensionSecurity Clearance: NALanguage: English Background: Our client is seeking an Installer Provisioned Infrastructure consultant to set up OpenShift clusters for clients. This role requires deep knowledge of the OpenShift platform, specifically in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting the automated installation processes.Qualifications: Design and implement OpenShift clusters using the IPI method across various cloud platforms.Collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and tailor OpenShift solutions accordingly.Monitor the automated provisioning of cloud resources and ensure successful deployment of the OpenShift environment.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.Optimize the performance and reliability of OpenShift clusters.Provide guidance and support to clients post-deployment, ensuring their OpenShift environment runs smoothly.Document the deployment processes and maintain a knowledge base for troubleshooting common issues.Proven experience in deploying OpenShift clusters using Installer Provisioned Infrastructure (IPI).Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration concepts.Familiarity with major cloud service providers where IPI is supported, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.Relevant certifications in OpenShift, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms are highly desirable.Derek WeberSenior Recruiter613-407-7744Derek.Weber@Kyndryl.com
