The Gear Centre Off Highway is looking for a full timeInside Sales Representative / Parts Personto work in our Mississauga Branch.
Position Overview:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and parts knowledge to all existing and potential new customers via email, telephone and/or in-person inquiries
- Locating required parts through catalogues (electronic and printed)
- Sourcing and ordering parts
- Preparing quotes and invoicing product to customers
- Shipping and receiving of parts and components
- Organizing the prompt delivery of goods to customers
- Determine customer needs and provide information about additional products or services offered by the group of companies
- 1-3 years of counter sales experience in a parts, retail or customer service environment
- Some mechanical aptitude
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Self-Starter who takes the initiative to get things done
- Fluent in both English and French (both written and verbal) would be considered an asset
- Must possess a valid drivers license with an acceptable drivers abstract
- Paid training will be provided for the successful candidate through our comprehensive in-house training program
