Envision the future and help us get there.  As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support account management, overall customer support excellence, sales and marketing initiatives, and collaboration with all business stakeholders to develop and implement the best approaches and solutions. An Inside Sales Representative will develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's capabilities, business, products, and services required to satisfy customer needs and requirements and be responsible for designing and implementing plans, analyses, and proposals. An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling a company's products or services by contacting potential and existing customers through phone, email, and other digital communication channels. This role involves managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, focusing on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.  Duties and Responsibilities 1.     Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.Regularly check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.2.     Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and sales processes.Address any customer complaints or issues promptly, working with other departments as necessary to resolve them.Develop detailed account plans outlining customer needs, service and product improvements, sales strategies, and growth opportunities.3.     Lead Generation and ProspectingIdentify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing activities.4.     Sales GrowthParticipate and contribute to the sales proposal development processes.Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.Develop and implement strategies to increase sales within assigned accounts.5.     Sales Pipeline ManagementManage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring all interactions and activities are accurately recorded.Track progress against sales targets and quotas.6.     Sales Calls and CommunicationConduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information and addressing any questions or concerns.7.     Product Presentations and Demos Create/deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to existing customers and prospects.Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.8.     Market and Product KnowledgeStay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Continuously update knowledge about the company’s products and services.9.     Reporting and Performance MetricsPrepare regular reports on account management, sales activities, pipeline status, and results achieved.Analyze sales data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.10.  Growth and ImprovementsSupport other business development, sales, and marketing processes.  Requirements and SkillsBSc or BA in business, marketing or similar.Exceptional communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.Superior oral and written communication skills (business and formal academic writing). Experience in market and product research and analysis.Experience in managing RFP processes/proposals.Strong project management skills.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Understanding business development and sales strategies and processes.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Ability to translate customer requirements to organizational capabilities and identify gaps.Excellent MS Office and CRM software skills.Vehicle, driver's license, and ability to travel when required. Utilismart Corporation is a dynamic company with a portfolio of solutions that enable digital utility transformation.
