CPC Pumps specializes in designing, manufacturing, testing, and servicing of engineered heavy duty process centrifugal pumps (fully API 610 Compliant) for the CCUS, Green Energy / Circular Economy, H2, LNG, Chem-Petrochem and power-generating industry since 1957. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role ofInside Sales & Applications / Engineer. Purpose The I nside Sales & Applications / Engineerwill provide direct support on customer and sales agent inquires. Including but not limited to pump sizing, costing, major buyout quoting, costing, as part of proposal packaging. Additionally responsible for workload and opportunity tracking through CRM and other tools. Duties and Responsibilities • Review requests for quotations and questions received from customers and/or sales representatives related to quote activities as needed • Review customer technical specifications and requirements • Prepare pricing for selected equipment and source external buy out items • Review Commercial Terms and Conditions with input from other company resources • Review purchase orders received from customers pursuant to quotations made to confirm accuracy, both technically and commerciallyTo succeed, you will need Qualification Requirements • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work multiple projects at the same time • Well organized and able to prioritize tasks • Proven self-starter with strong work ethic, high energy, and positive attitude • Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Education and/or Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering is preferred • Minimum of 10 years of combined technical, application, marketing, and international sales experience; 10 or more years of experience in rotating equipment is an asset • Working knowledge of industry standard such as API 610, API 682, ASME, ASTM and other related technical specifications is preferred Physical Demands • Office environment involves sedentary work with repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where problems occur and volumes are heavy • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions • Must be aware of and comply with all relevant safety policy and procedures • Occasional travel including visits to customers or oversea training CPC Pumps International Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
