The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in generating new business and building and maintaining customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the target market. Collaborate with the outside sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and promotional activities. Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date customer database. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, and presents them to the management team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & French. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on relationship-building. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
