Position title: Inside Sales Account Manager Reports to:Inside Sales Team Lead Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Maintain existing customer account base – order management, pricing, credit, service issues, and quality. Account development – order history, product knowledge, SLA’s, inventory, sales performance, cost to serve, inbound lead qualification Competitive landscape – market trends including pricing, products, delivery schedules, service platforms, etc. Key Skill Sets: Understanding of customer requirements Time management Team collaboration Systems knowledge Professional Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience in an inside or outside sales environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Ability to leverage technology, where appropriate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated problem solving skills Preferred Qualifications/Professional Experience: Experience working in a CRM such as salesforce.com Prior Export Experience Bilingual (English, French and Spanish) capabilities a plus
