You will be responsible for achieving profitable and sustainable growth within their The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to facilitate business growth and profitability. Additionally, the Inside Sales Account Manager will manage accounts and/or product lines to align with critical sales activities. Prepare accurate sales forecasts to help the company make sound business decisions • Collaborate with marketing and the MAG group for lead generation and qualification. • Evaluate sales practices and procedures to determine if they are effective in generating sales and adjust them if necessary. • Recommend and implement improvements to current sales practices and procedures, as needed. • Handle and resolve customer complaints that are escalated to manager level Strive to achieve assigned sales goals • Develop and maintain an effective step-by-step process for nurturing leads and closing sales. • Use market analysis tools to determine customer behavior, market trends and competitor activity. • Communicate with Sales on any product issues and request their involvement in situations requiring immediate action and/or resolution. • Inform customers of changes to suppliers, products and documentation via appropriate communication platforms (email, fax, telephone, etc.) Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management or a related field and/or experience required • Previous experience in an inside sales position • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams software, as well as customer relationship management (CRM) Barentz is looking for employees who are creative, independent, and energetic and like to take on challenges.
