Execute solutions with references from guides, manual and other documents. Provide advice and real time assistance to the user. Perform follow-up communication to ensure customer satifaction. Collect information and maintain problems & solutions log for the users. Maintain records of daily communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken. Can redesign document or user manual if required. Assist clients with the installation of upgrades. Provide proper network, internet support to the users.
