This is a full-time on-site role where you will oversee IT operations, ensure network security, manage system administration, and troubleshoot to maintain a smooth and efficient technology infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.Manage network layers, VLANs, and infrastructure tools such as VMware vSphere, Cisco Nexus, UCS blades, and NetApp storage.Lead and mentor the IT support team, including overseeing the IT Helpdesk.Ensure IT systems comply with all relevant regulations and manage security protocols.Develop and submit the IT infrastructure budget and forecast resources for IT projects.Oversee Windows and Linux environments, DNS, DHCP, AD, ADFS with O365, and MS Exchange Server.Manage Veeam Backup and ensure robust data backup and recovery processes.Manage MS Teams with Operator Connect for communication.Qualifications:Experience in Information Technology, IT Operations, and System Administration.Knowledge of network security and troubleshooting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are advantageous.Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.Join us at Losani Homes and be part of a team that builds more than just homes – we build communities.
