Job Description

Location: COQ Warehouse Working hours: 7:30AM - 3:30PM PSTSalary: 45-55k We are seeking an experienced Systems Technician (Tier 2) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring all necessary IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and communication systems, to ensure a smooth and successful opening of our new brick and mortar locations. Outside of the NSO responsibilities, your day to day will be performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting of IT systems, and assisting in the management of network servers and technology tools across the organization. Additionally, you will provide technical support and guidance to staff across various departments, ensuring the security and optimal performance of our IT infrastructure.Responsibilities:Install, configure, and update hardware and software for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices within the warehouse and HQ office. Install, configure, and update hardware and software for all future new store openings. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems.Resolving tickets as needed in order to contribute to operational efficiency and consistency across stores, warehouses and offices. Assist in the management of network servers and technology tools.Monitor system performance and ensure security of IT infrastructure.Provide technical support and guidance to staff across various departments.Document system performance, including incident reports and status updates.Collaborate with IT team members on new projects and initiatives.Assist in day to day technical supportAdminister and manage devices and applications using Microsoft Intune. Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or IT technician role.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.Experience with Windows and MacOS environments.Good understanding of network security practices and anti-virus programs.Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
