Job position: ElectricianJob type: Perm, full-timeShift: Continental 12 hrs (no rotation)2nd/3rd year electrical apprentices can APPLY too!Job DutiesInstall, test, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices and equipment. Program, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair of PLC’sRead and interpret drawings, blueprints, electrical code specifications and schematics in order to effectively troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment.Troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical control systems, working with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical devicesPerform preventative maintenance through inspection of electrical systems, equipment and components.Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records. o Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.Work on other electrical projects as required.Ensure all work performed adheres to all relevant organizational, provincial and federal safety regulations, codes and specifications.The ideal candidate will possess: A Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (309A or 442A) An Electrical Technician - Automation Diploma Experience with PLC’s, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Robotics experience would be an assetThanks to all the applicants in advance!
