Liberty is looking for an energetic individual to join our New Brunswick team as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will report directly to the Lead, Dispatch and will be responsible for a variety of duties, including assisting with operational support of Liberty’s growth strategies. Accountabilities

  • Data Entry - Performs data acquisition and input into all required systems. Includes but is not limited to:
  • Creating and processing work orders
  • Filing of contracts, and other relevant documents
  • Provide support to Liberty’s Construction and Maintenance department, such as maintaining work plans and schedules for our 3 work centers
  • Provide support to Liberty’s Service department, such as maintaining work orders for our 3 work centers
  • Support on special projects as required
  • Scheduling - Provide support in scheduling Service work for our 3 main work centers, as required during busy times:
  • Government Inspections (Meters)
  • Telephone support during busy times
  • Other field work relating to regulated/unregulated programs & special projects, as required
  • Reporting - Provides support in tracking/reporting on:
  • Government Inspections (Meters)
  • Other field work relating to regulated/unregulated programs & special projects, as required
  • Process Improvement - Participates in efforts pertaining to process improvements
  • Other Duties - Employee may be asked to assist other departments, as required

Education and Experience


• Recent university or post-secondary college graduate (within the last 3 years)
• Strong team player
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to multi‐task and prioritize
• Strong writing skills, reviewing, proofing, editing
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Typing skills 35+WPM
• Prior knowledge of SAP an asset, but not required
• Bilingual in both official languages (French and English) considered an asset
• Valid New Brunswick driver’s license
