Liberty is looking for an energetic individual to join our New Brunswick team as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will report directly to the Lead, Dispatch and will be responsible for a variety of duties, including assisting with operational support of Liberty’s growth strategies. The successful candidate will be able to work in a dynamic team, while keeping Liberty’s seven guiding principles top of mind: to be customer-centric; work with integrity; be entrepreneurial; demonstrate teamwork, trust, inclusion, and respect; have an owner mind-set; be outcome focused; and show continuous learning.
Accountabilities
Education and Experience
• Recent university or post-secondary college graduate (within the last 3 years)
• Strong team player
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to multi‐task and prioritize
• Strong writing skills, reviewing, proofing, editing
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Typing skills 35+WPM
• Prior knowledge of SAP an asset, but not required
• Bilingual in both official languages (French and English) considered an asset
• Valid New Brunswick driver’s license
