IMT PROJECT COORDINATOR:($56,796.62 - $65,740.30 Annually)POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator provides administrative support for all IT projects managed by the Project Delivery Team including project coordination, contract administration, documents preparation and information tracking. The position facilitates communications between various stakeholders ensuring all parties are aligned on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The position supports the team on project accounting activities and the development of procurement tendering documents.CANDIDATE PROFILEThe successful candidate will have the following:EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution.Sound experience in project management.Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable to the employerKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Considerable project management knowledgeGood problem-solving, analytical, organizational and time management skillsGood communication and presentation skillAbility to present information clearly and conciselyAbility to coordinate assignments and projects involving consultation with staff and external groups, meet deadlines and identify key milestones or measures of successAbility to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of staffAbility to manage changing timelines and multiple deliverablesAbility to learn and apply BC Housing’s procurement and contract policiesAbility to manage team resources, track and organise project information and pay attention to detailsIndigenous candidates are welcome to connect with an Indigenous team member in our organization to discuss the recruitment process and our workplace, please contact hr_admin@bchousing.org to arrange a call.
