What our Implementation & Training Specialist do:
  • Enable Pagefreezer to achieve its mission, vision, and goals in a values-aligned way by providing a stellar welcome and onboarding experience for all customers as their first official customer interaction.
  • Configure and implement our products and solutions for new customers in a way that encourages excitement, optimal adoption, and success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the company with the post-sales handoff process and ongoing account management concerning collections services, implementation, and training.
  • Guide our customers through the onboarding cycle from the kick-off, to activation, and then train to use our products.
  • Provide initial demonstrations or training for new customers on features or tools or to existing customers on new features or tools.
  • Transition fully onboarded customers to the Customer Success team and processes for ongoing needs.
  • Create, update, improve, and present various training materials including live and recorded webinars, demonstrations, presentations, written materials, etc for potential and current customers and partners.
  • Complete assigned collections services tasks for customers.
  • Provide assistance for any Support tickets as needed, and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via webconference, phone, and/or email in a way that Makes It Personal.

  • Confidence and professionalism necessary to onboard a wide range of titles and roles

  • Strong communication, demonstration and presentation skills live, over phone, written, or online.
  • Solid organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Curious, learns really quickly, without fear of failure or challenges. Open to coaching and feedback.
  • Happy to adopt and improve our current processes or create solutions from scratch.
  • Authorized to work 40 hours a week in Canada (anywhere in Canada works for us)

  • The annual base salary range for this role is $55,000- $65,000 CAD. The total compensation offered for this position may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location. It may also include non-cash rewards and benefits. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
