If you are a Project Management leader who has a deep and relentless desire to make a difference, contact us!Key Responsibilities:With strong business acumen and using project management best practices, maximize revenue by minimizing the time needed to onboard new business opportunities.Prepare and deliver Customer and Stakeholder presentations with confidence and conviction.Lead and facilitate Project meetings with Customers, Internal Project Team Members, and senior Stakeholders, including preparation and distribution of detailed meeting minutes and comprehensive status reports.Plan and coordinate the work of project team members, including Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, External Suppliers, and CustomersFacilitate discovery workshops and prepare comprehensive and clear Business RequirementsDevelop detailed Project Plans, as well as Issues and Risk Management Plans for each implementation.Use effective communications skills and influence to confidently lead internal Project Teams and Customers through the entire project management lifecycle.Continuously seek and implement opportunities to enhance the new business onboarding process.Produce and manage integrated project plans and other related project management deliverables including project charters, business requirements, UAT plans, communication, and training plans.Manage scope, project schedules and resources and track the timely execution of all assigned projects through the application of project management best practices.Keep the Project Team, Customer and Stakeholders informed of project progress through regular formal status reporting and ongoing communication.Other duties as assignedRequirements:Strong verbal and written communications skills5-10 years direct project management experience and strong familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge and project management principles and processesCustomer facing implementation experienceAbility to shift between both customer facing projects as well as internal business projects.Strong and proven project management skillsExperience with facilitating business requirements workshops and writing comprehensive business requirements documentsCommunication skills, including strengths in meeting objectives through leadership, influence, facilitation, and team buildingStrong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members in a cross functional environmentPMP designation or in the process of pursuing certification would be an asset.Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proficient in MS ProjectGood interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to interact professionally and effectively at all organizational levels including senior leadership and directly with Customers.Data Communications Management Corporation is committed to equal employment opportunity, employs and does not discriminate against all qualified persons without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, handicap, or any other classification protected by applicable federal and provincial laws.
