We have a culture where we support and lift each other up tobuild an authentic, inclusive environment where our team members can grow,shine, and make an impact.What You’ll DoThe Implementation Consultant II role advises and guidescustomers; ensuring they launch Brex’s new Empower platform successfully,driving wide adoption, and are continually driving business value. Partcoach, project manager, consultant, and product expert, our consultants arecontinually focused on helping our customers improve their financialworkflows with Empower.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with customers to discover their business needs andchallenges and then coach them on the best ways to use Brex Empower tosolve themPlay an important role in scoping, consulting, implementing, andachieving customer outcomes with the Brex Empower platform Partner with customers & project manage implementations andlaunches including confirming the project plan, mobilizing stakeholders,and tracking activities through implementationFollow best practices to drive spending activity mid-implementationConfigure, test, and validate the dashboard with the customer to ensurethe product fits their needs and functions as intended Oversee the integration of the customer’s accounting software withthe Brex Empower platform or partner with Integration Specialists andArchitects to scope the proper solutionManage the customer relationship and expectations, working diligentlyto provide solutions to any challengesWork cross-functionally as a member of the Brex account team to delivera smooth customer experience, including knowledge sharing and keeping ourSales and Customer Success partners informed on customer engagementsFrom time to time, our consultants will work with Account Executives onsales calls to provide a service overview pitch Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate thesestrategically to stakeholdersDevelop familiarity with the product roadmap and provide a supportingvoice into future iterations of the product roadmapBuild and execute a prioritization strategy for managing multiplehigh-touch customer relationshipsProvide change management planning to clients including guidingexecution of their change management approach. Guide clients on theircommunication approach, training materials, and training execution.Requirements5+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role,preferably within a SaaS organization or consulting firm that delivers SaaSservices2+ years of project management or consulting experienceExperience building processes and programs that benefit customeroutcomes Comfort-leading customer engagements that may contain both technicaland non-technical work streamsExcellent communication skills, both with customers and within anorganizationDemonstrated ability to provide customized solutions to a variety ofcustomersAbility to resolve issues and risks in a cross-functional andcollaborative way.Strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion whileachieving the desired business outcomes.Bonus PointsImplementation experience in Financial, Expense Management, or ERPSoftware spaceDomain expertise in any of the following areas: General Ledger,Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Expense Management, Travel,Procurement and Corporate Card ProgramCompensationThe expected salary range for this role is $105,000 CAD –$132,000 CAD. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number offactors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, marketdemands, and internal pay parity.
