What will you do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
  • Take full ownership of Inbound queues, Web Mailboxes, Need for Leads, Field Feedback, Yelp/Homestar’s, Escalations and SLA goals
  • Assist with front line tasks when required and when in Code Red status
  • Meet or exceed conversion targets on resource owned/supported deliverables
  • Provide floor support to drive leads, quality, CSAT and more
  • Run and carry through incentive programs to ensure various teams are motivated to achieve goals
  • Assist with customer escalations as they arise
  • Maintaining expert-level knowledge on Reliance products and services
  • Communicate promotions, contests, process changes to front in a clear and concise manner.
  • Reinforce sales processes, techniques, and delivery of value propositions to team members
  • Manage sales floor to ensure production and call excellent standards are met/exceeded
  • Maintain key business relationships with the field sales operations and act as a key contact between Ignite sales team and field operations when necessary
  • Motivate and lead frontline to engage and educate customers on the value Reliance P&S’s
  • Assist with new training / cross training for new and existing frontline team members including nesting

What do you bring?

  • A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with Reliance
  • Must possess a demonstrated ability to work independently with no little to no supervision while multitasking to achieve multiple, overlapping priorities
  • 2 -4 years of experience in sales call-center, preferably with support experience
  • Strong writing skills including the ability to develop effective sales communications and summarize information from supporting departments to distribute to the front-line team.
  • Proficiency in CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office, Avaya Phone/Dialer Systems, rNet,
  • A strong aptitude for learning new computer programs quickly
  • A Sales-driven personality with a continuous improvement mindset
  • A strong desire to deep dive into processes to find areas of improvement
  • Great capacity to prioritize and multitask, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead people with respect and understanding
  • Strong interpersonal skills that lead to effective interactions with internal and external parties
  • Must be willing to work between 8am-9pm Sunday through Saturday
