Identity Access Management Specialist (Okta)
The Identity Access Management Specialist (Okta) will provide technical administration and support for our client’s corporate Okta platform to ensure optimal performance in a secured manner.
Responsibilities:
- Technical administration of the corporate Okta Platform
- Managing an incident queue for Okta related issues and providing assistance to clients
- Proposing, developing, testing, and implementing Okta workflows
- Implementing and supporting technical integrations of single sign-on applications within Okta
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to administrative configurations, procedures, and modifications to the Okta environment
- Managing updates and changes following standard Change Management processes
- Conducting research and assisting Manager with recommendations for system improvements through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
- Assisting the Application Development team by performing application testing and application deployments
- Managing installations, patching, and monitoring of development, testing, and production application environments
- Managing incident queue to ensure that all tickets are promptly assigned to appropriate team members and are resolved in a timely manner
- Providing reporting to company stakeholders
- Ensuring corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with system integrations to Okta
- Identity Management/Access Management experience
- Active Directory Knowledge
- Previous experience with SAML and OpenID Connect Single Sign-On integrations
- Experience with BMC Remedyforce and Salesforce
- Powershell and related scripting experience
This is a permanent position with an annual salary of $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 plus bonus, located in Toronto (work from home until deemed safe).
