IC Test Development EngineerQualifications:BSEE or BSET or higher degree with 10+ years related test engineering experience in analog & digital test developmentBasic knowledge of Signal and Power integrity principlesExperience on multiple tester platforms, particularly on Teradyne platformsStatistical data analysis with tools such as Excel or JMP or equivalentProgramming in high level languages such as C, C++ and/or Visual BasicAble to manage priorities of multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environmentAble to utilize engineering test hardware (for example, oscilloscopes) to debug part related issuesWorking knowledge of ATPG, scan chain insertion and DFT developmentExcellent communication skills
