Description: We are looking for talented engineers to join our team and help grow our physical design team. StarIC is looking for someone to fill a senior role who will be responsible for developing and expanding our physical design team.Key responsibilities for the role include:Development and conceptualization of design layouts for key analog/mixed-signal designsCreate layouts from analog/mixed-signal schematic designsEMIR, DFM, Parasitic analysis and optimizationInteraction with analog/mixed-signal and digital designers to ensure optimal layout and floorplansProject management, and task delegationScript creation/management for flow optimizationContribute to design flowManagement of on-site and off-site resourcesDiscussions and knowledge transfer with clients on layout/floorplan requirementsQualifications:Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer engineering3+ years of experienceMultiple tape-out experience in advanced technology nodes is a mustHigh-speed layout experience a significant assetSOI/FinFet layout experience a significant assetExperience working in Cadence design flowStrong communication skills and able to work well in a team environmentStarIC is a growing company with a great work environment.
