Develops, tests, implements, and integrates “Identity and Access Management” (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensures that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss. Troubleshoots and manages the resolution of issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Ensures the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems. Troubleshoots, supports, and resolves system incidents, problems, and changes, as required. Facilitate the continuous adoption, training, communication, and education of IAM capabilities, functions, and standards. Expertise in aspects of Windows systems access and administration, and an aggressive, detailed approach to problem-solving. Candidates must also demonstrate a strong appreciation for and knowledge of best practices in maintaining a highly secure environment. A strong background in customer service is required. Required to deal with confidential information in a discrete manner. #LI-AS1 Qualifications

Required qualifications: Working knowledge of Directory Service solutions, Authentication methods such as AD, DNS, LDAP, MFA, Federation and Certificates. Hands-on technical experience in IAM and Privileged Access solutions such as CyberArk, Duo, etc. Experience with information security concepts such as authentication, access control and protocols not limited to SAML, SSO and LDAP. Good understanding of REST API’s, JSON and PowerShell scripting. Ability to produce detailed documentation and process flows around IAM. Must be able to manage multiple projects. Must be able to work independently and proactively. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree: combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education. Experience in Healthcare or other regulated industries is preferred. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $16.50 to $53.25. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
