Roles & Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and replacing residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC products and installation methods.
- Part of how we provide the best service is being there when our customers need us. We offer 24/7/365 service. All technicians take their turn on call.
Organizational Skills:
- Keeping your van, your paperwork, and your life organized.
Communication Skills:
- Keeping people up to date; sharing your calm, not joining their chaos.
Qualifications:
- HVAC license (Certificate)
- Minimum 3 years experience in the HVAC Industry
- HVAC Repair experience
- You have a natural ability to simplify problems and find win-win solutions.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and skills with your team members and are humble enough to learn from them as well.
