What you will do 
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Maintenance Mechanic who has worked in residential, light commercial, and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team to work the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment. 

 

How will you do it 
We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement, increased incentive opportunities for executed pull-through work, top-of-the-line technology, equipment, and uniforms, and a #1 focus on employee safety. We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard. 
Maintenance Mechanic must have practical working experience in residential, light commercial, or commercial mechanical equipment. May be required to pass an examination to identify special skills satisfactorily.

All routine maintenance and inspection regardless of the size or location of the mechanical equipment being inspected or maintained, where this work is done as a periodic routine service inspection maintenance procedure is limited to:

  • All oil and greasing.
  • All belt adjustments or replacements.
  • Filter changing and maintenance thereof.
  • Cleaning of cooling towers, coils, evaporator and condenser tubes, and water treatment.
  • General Housekeeping.
  • Delivery of parts and equipment.
  • Cleaning, repairing, and routine maintenance of solar equipment.
  • Helper for service and maintenance Journeymen and Apprentices

 

What we look for 

Required 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Two (2) years of Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry. 
  • The ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification which is to be done after hours and on weekends is required upon hire.
  • Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills. 

 

Preferred

  • Five (5) years of Commercial and or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Refrigeration Certification.
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
