An all-women Non-profit organization in Vancouver is looking for an empathetic, compassionate, and humble HR Manager who has experience in, and/or a passion for women and childrens well-being. You would need at least two years in a Non-profit and/or unionized environment to qualify.Here are some other essential criteria:Respectful communicationActive listeningLeadership abilitiesDiscretionWhat youll be doing:Ensure collective agreement requirements are met, keeping up to date with collective bargaining and ensuring compliance throughout the organization.Monitor OHS committee.Oversee recruitment efforts and develops recruitment and orientation strategies.Update and maintain other relevant policies and legislation.Job Requirements:What youll need to be considered:Experience within the HR field (preferably 2+ years)Education in Human resources (CPHR an asset)Experience in NPO and unionized settingFirst Aid certificate (considered an asset)If you feel that this is what youve been looking for, Id love to hear from you!
