Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is requires ResponsibilitiesEncourage employee relations with the goal of maintaining trusted relationships with leaders and employees and supporting issue resolution.Continuously raise the bar through functional process improvements and other valued added initiatives in support of plant success.Regularly involved with employee engagement practices to improve morale.·Evaluate appropriate business focuses across groups including the assessment of assess effectiveness, and identification of any gaps, or areas of improvement Aim to support business goals, enterprise goals, and sector HR strategiesDevelop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impactQualifications5+ years' experience in Human Resources, ideally within a manufacturing environment Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgementSome background supporting payroll and benefits administrationAbility to work and converse at all levels of the organization.Highly organized and comfortable managing competing prioritiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.
