The Opportunity :We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our Employee Success team. This role encompasses both strategic and hands-on collaboration in order to provide organizational wide support and execution on initiatives; in order to achieve operational excellence at every level.  What you’ll be doing everyday:Support the HR Business Partner team on employee relations tasks including terminations, exit interviews, investigations, performance improvement plans and disciplinary actionsManage and support P&C related processes and ensure alignment across a Global team including: Performance Management Cycle, Annual Bonus & Merit Cycle and Exit Interviews Implement and rollout various P&C initiatives and programsLead, develop and maintain P&C policies Pull data from various sources and conduct data analysis to provide relevant findingsDevelop, maintain and improve people management processes and programsEnsure compliance with regulations in all policies, procedures and hiring documentation across the organizationAnswer inquiries and be the subject matter expert on policies and programs across the global P&C teamWhat you bring to the table:Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience with managing and improving HR processes and programsSound knowledge of human resources best practices, employment legislation as well as relevant provincial and federal employment standards Demonstrated ability in analyzing data and extracting actionable insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals across all levels of the organization Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks or projects in a timely manner Comfortable working with limited supervision and guidanceBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (CHRP/CHRL considered an asset)
