What’s in it for you?Base Pay: $70,000 - $80,000bonus plan.extended health benefits.company match program.on the newest wireless technology and plans.ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales managers to develop and maintain positive employee relations, an engaged workforce and to implement new and innovative HR solutionsProvide human resource advice and consultation to retail employees and management on all HR related mattersEnsure compliance with provincial and federal laws and regulations relating to employment standards, human rights, privacy legislation and employment equityDrive diversity, wellness, people analytics, and employee engagement initiativesDeliver HR training and sharing of best practicesWork closely with the Director, Human Resources on research, development and management of the performance review processIdentify and implement process improvement opportunitiesAct as a lead in the continuous development, delivery and success of the focused training, onboarding, and offboarding processesPerform other related dutiesQualificationsThree to five years of generalist experience in human resources managementMinimum of a post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development or related program of study – Bachelor’s degree strongly preferredSpecialized training in employment law, organizational development, employee relations, safety, training, leadership and proactive employment relations is considered an assetCertification in HR preferredKnowledge of provincial employment laws and practices on a national levelEffective oral and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and coaching skillsHigh level of confidentiality and diplomacyExcellent organizational skills
