Neighbourly Group of Pharmacies is in search of a Human Resources Generalist who will support Alberta and Saskatchewan. The successful incumbent will reside in Alberta with occasional travel to Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will act as a main point of contact for all human resources needs across all Neighbourly Group of Pharmacies locations in Alberta and Saskatchewan, largely focusing on onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
This role is based out of Alberta and will work remotely with minimal travel to Saskatchewan.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Generalist provides consistent employee relations support to create an environment where individuals and teams can thrive and deliver high performance. The HR Generalist works collaboratively with leadership to execute aligned human resources programs and initiatives successfully across the company.
