Managing the Employee Labour Relations strategy while enabling and maintaining positive relationships within a unionized environment Reviewing and implementing changes to HR policies, procedures and practices while ensure compliance is followed Driving effective recruitment and onboarding practices to engage and retain talent Managing and evaluating the Total Rewards program to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness. Participate in annual review, preparation and implementation of the organization's wage and salary programs Keeping up to date on industry trends, best practices and legislation, while reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance Managing training and development programs for employees 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry (Food & Beverage preferred) ~ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline ~ Professional HR Certification is an asset (i.e., Experience in Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Compensation, benefits, HRIS, Health & Safety and Labour Relations
