Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. This candidate will be a conduit for change, be the guiding light to create a positive shift in the culture and mentor and develop the teams on site. Responsibilities Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Oversee Payroll, Time and Attendance and benefits for employees Overhaul of the policies and procedures Assisting in creating an environment of positive work culture, taking on employee surveys, implementation of events and training and development Systems implementation and assessment for HRIS and analytics Succession planning, performance management etc. Qualifications ~ Bachelor's degree or relevant experience ~5+ years' experience in Human Resources ~ Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies ~ Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees ~ Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills ~ Attention to detail and good judgement
