We’re a Montreal-based online retailer of premium quality essentials, known particularly so far for our men’s boxer briefs. We have been rapidly growing since launching in 2021, and the brand is truly at a turning point to becoming a household name in Canada, and already growing in parallel in the US market. An energetic HR Manager based in Montreal that is looking for an exciting chance to take on a unique challenge with tremendous opportunity to grow within a thriving organization. Ideally, you have about 3+ years of experience in HR and someone who is resourceful and takes on accountability. At this time, we can’t accommodate any “remote” or “hybrid” type of work arrangements. With the company growing 300%+ year over year for the past 3 years, and with expected growth to continue at that pace for the next 2-3 years, there will be many different ways to grow within the company as it enters new markets, channels, and so on. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and training. Manage employee benefits programs, including health and dental insurance, and ensure compliance with regulations. Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and training sessions. Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with ad hoc HR projects. 3+ years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ~ Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices. ~ Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ~ Proficiency with a HR system and Microsoft Office Suite. ~
