To be considered you will have the following skills and experience in your toolkit:

  • An Undergraduate Degree
  • HR certifications with CHRP designation or working towards it
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with progressive HR generalist experience which includes HR advisory services to management and employees, employee relations, attendance and performance management, recruitment and onboarding / orientation
  • Critical thinking skills including analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner while remaining calm under pressure
  • Strong professional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization

Your Role

You will be the HR Representative responsible for a LOB (line of business within the company)

The team for which you will support is approximately 200 people

The HRBP will provide guidance and support on a variety of employee relations and human resource issues, such as conflict resolution, attendance and performance management, policy and procedure interpretation and application.

Assist with the planning, development, refinement and implementation of HR-related programs (e.g. employee development, employee engagement initiatives) and procedures

Coach and train managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them
