As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with the employees and managers to ensure a value-added human resources contribution in order to meet the strategic and operational objectives. You will participate in the design, development and implementation of strategic and tactical solutions, such as:
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations as well as a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• You have a strong labor relations foundation.
• You have strong interpersonal skills, and you can easily communicate in the two official languages, spoken and written.
• You have skills at influencing management.
• You have the ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously and you are a team player.
• You have a high level of customer focus and are autonomous and dynamic.
• You have a good knowledge of the suite MS Office.
