HR Manager, Performance & Talent ManagementDate Posted Country Canada Location The Opportunity: Reporting to the Vice President of Talent, the HR Manager, Performance & Talent Management plays a pivotal role in driving our company's success through strategic talent initiatives. Areas of focus include performance management, talent planning and people engagement. The successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate across teams, lead innovative practices, and ensure talent activities are aligned with MLF leadership values.Any MLF team member interested in being considered for this role are encouraged to apply online by September 6, 2023. Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:Lead the design, implementation, and execution of performance and talent management initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional partners accordingly. Conduct comprehensive assessments of current talent processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for enhancing existing systems and processes. Drive the utilization of SAP SuccessFactors talent suite, including performance management, objectives setting, development planning, and succession planning. Prepare and support senior leadership team talent review and succession planning processes. Coach HR Business Partners and leaders to enable effective talent strategies and discussions aligned with organizational values and goals. Provide guidance to leaders on effective performance management practices, including objective setting, development planning, mid-year reviews, and meaningful feedback conversations. Analyze talent and performance data and generate meaningful insights to enable data driven people decisions at all levels of the organization. Lead annual engagement survey program encompassing communication strategies, technical configurations, data-driven analysis, and presentation of outcomes and strategic actions to senior leadership. Strengthen diversity and inclusion reporting by producing insightful regular and ad-hoc reports that drive informed decisions. Support the People Strategy through project planning and dashboard reporting. Other duties as assigned.
