This position will collaborate closely with our Senior HR Consultant. About You: Seeking a skilled HR professional with office management experience. Responsibilities: HR Management: Develop HR policies. Manage employee relations. Implement safety programs. Lead recruitment efforts. Coordinate training initiatives. Conduct performance evaluations. Office Support: Maintain office procedures. Manage supplies and upkeep. Coordinate company events. Foster team engagement.
