Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team in Mississauga. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site, supporting a diverse and growing organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and engagement, benefits and compensation, legal compliance, performance management, and general HR duties. Key Responsibilities: Prepare offers of employment, ensuring fair hiring and employment practices. Maintain and deliver all onboarding materials, ensuring completion of required documentation. Conduct new employee orientations, including relevant system and procedure training. Onboard new hires into HRIS, providing login information and user manuals. Act as the subject matter expert on company policies, procedures, and programs. Provide support, guidance, and coaching to employees on various employment issues. Guide managers on effective employee and performance management practices. Participate in annual Employee Relations initiatives, including engagement surveys and performance reviews. Assist new employees with benefit enrollment and address related questions. Support compensation and benefit initiatives, including salary reviews and bonuses. Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, Ensure company policies, procedures, and documentation comply with legal requirements. Track, document, and communicate required training for employee compliance. Administer Workers Compensation programs, including policy administration and leave management. Lead the Workplace Health & Safety Team and oversee WSIB claims. Support management with disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and performance guidelines. Prepare documentation for employee separations, including termination letters. Conduct exit interviews and surveys as required. Qualifications: ~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ~4+ Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role. ~ Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance. ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
