About your next Challenge as an HR Business Partner:Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the business partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to managers and employees of its various clients group. Essential Functions:Provide advice and coaching to leaders and managers in the resolution of their human resources management issues as well as in the development of their management skills;Carry out HR interventions adapted to business needs and the human aspects of operational issues;Provide advice and expertise on working conditions and relations;Work closely with your expert colleagues in the department, to provide support to your client in staffing, compensation, training and organizational development;Act as an change agent in order to support managers in the various organizational transformations implemented;Implement various initiatives to improve HRM measures, practices and policies.Required Skills and Experiences:Bachelors degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration, Human Resources Management option;Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience and holder of the CRHA designation;Good experience in labour relations management;Possess good analytical and synthesis skills;Strong organizational and priority management skills;Pair demonstrates excellent communication and influential leadership skills;Adapts easily to new situations and operates effectively in an ever-changing environment;Able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.Ability to communicate easily in both French and English (due to regular interactions with colleagues and partners outside Quebec).Eligibility Criteria:Must be eligible for registration with theControlled Goods Program;Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada “Reliability” status and/or Level 2 (Secret)security clearance.
