As Hospitality Marketing Manager you’ll play a key role in executing the day-to-day marketing activities that support our growing portfolio of restaurants in Chicago and beyond. The successful candidate is a skilled marketer with a proven track record for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand management. They will have a passion for tourism and hospitality, experience in the restaurant industry, exceptional copywriting skills, and an eye for brand and design. With the need to work on various projects across different brands and with teams in various departments and cities, the successful candidate will also have excellent project management skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.

What You will Do:

Responsibilities will include working alongside the hospitality marketing team (Vancouver and Chicago based) to manage the following:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing plans that drive brand awareness, grow loyalty and increase revenues.
  • Act as the in-market brand manager for Chicago-based restaurant and café concepts to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and guest experience.
  • Craft compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, websites and email campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and promotional merchandise.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand the reach and attract new customers. Negotiate sponsorships, cross-promotional opportunities, and co-branded events that align with the restaurant's brand values.
  • Manage the CRM platform(s) to capture and analyze customer data, segment the customer base, and personalize marketing communications. Develop loyalty programs and incentives to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
  • Work with PR agency to support PR initiatives for the concepts and, as needed, act as point of contact for media hosting.
  • Work with hospitality marketing team and operations to develop & execute unique guest experience activations and events that elevate and differentiate the brands.
  • Work with hospitality marketing team on brand development and launch of new projects.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years working in Marketing & Communications
  • Post-Secondary Education with a focus in Marketing & Communications or other related field.
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in marketing within restaurant or hotel industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experiencing collaborating cross-functionally

Please note this role may require occasional travel within US.
