Are you a driven and experienced Residential Real Estate Legal Assistant looking to join a dynamic legal team? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to become an integral part of our thriving practice. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with real estate transactions, prepare legal documents, and maintain communication with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. Assist lawyers in all stages of real estate transactions, including document preparation, file management, and communication with clients. Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions. Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal/Legal Assistant in Alberta. Strong understanding of real estate law, transactions, and related documentation. Proficiency in legal software and tools. Detail oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality work.
