Job Description
Pacific Academy is inviting applications from qualified individuals for a full-time, continuing position as a High School Science teacher, with a primary focus on Biology. This position commences in August, 2024. An ability to teach Math (especially grades 9/10) and Chemistry would be an asset.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should:
- Hold a valid British Columbia teaching certificate
- Possess an understanding of and commitment to Christian Education
- Actively and personally support a Pentecostal/Charismatic statement of faith
- Be fluent in oral and written English
- Have experience and/or a willingness to be trained to teach IB Biology
- Ability to teach Chemistry and Math would be an asset
