Number of Positions: 1 Full-Time, 1 Part-Time
Job Description:
You will detail prospective clients and onboard new accounts with the goal of increasing our top line sales. You will maintain and grow relationships with our clients, including naturopathic doctors, pharmacists, midwives, medical doctors, and other healthcare practitioners in your assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Detail prospective clients (naturopathic clinics, medical clinics, pharmacies, health food stores) about our product portfolio.
- Onboard new accounts in your assigned region.
- Follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships and increase sales.
- Gain a thorough understanding of iron deficiency anemia, vaginal dryness, hair loss, and common gut health issues, as we currently offer supplements for these conditions.
- Contact prospective clients via email, phone, fax, video calls, and occasional in-person visits.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication skills for effective detailing and persuasion.
- Ability to develop efficient sales strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using email, phone, video calls, and other communication tools.
- Ability to learn and understand medical conditions and the benefits of our supplements.
- Experience in sales, especially in the health and wellness industry, is preferred but not required.
Training:
The right candidate will be trained. No prior experience is necessary but is preferred.
Compensation:
- $23 per hour
- Significant potential for growth within a rapidly expanding company
