If yes, you have what it takes to become a Normandin Beaudry consultant! Specifically, we are looking for a talented, motivated Consultant to join our growing Health team. To help our clients optimize employee performance and attendance at work, you will be called upon to propose solutions as to the design, planning and operations of disability management, health and well-being strategies. These strategies include assessing the performance of insurers and service providers, improving the clients’ internal disability management, overseeing the design and renewal of health and well-being programs and tracking the performance of health and disability programs. In collaboration with your colleagues in Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City, your main responsibilities will include: Plan and manage projects, including follow-ups with the internal work team and the client Build strategic plans geared towards client’s challenges and needs Build partnership with providers and support them in improving services to best serve our common clients Propose recommendations and solutions to our clients according to the level of complexity of the situation Coach, train and share your knowledge and expertise with team members Monitor industry news and trends to develop innovative solutions Prepare service proposals and presentations for clients and prospects Possibility of assuming responsibility for a tool under your specialty and see to its growth Take active part in external visibility events (conferences, expert panels, etc.) To be considered, you must have the following: At least ten years of relevant experience A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, management or finance with an interest in health OR A bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (occupational therapy, kinesiology, etc.) with an interest in business OR A master’s degree or other graduate degree in a relevant field You must also demonstrate the following: Business acumen and ability to prioritize Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in the face of uncertainty Ability to collaborate with the health team members and also with the Group Benefits, Performance, and Communication teams to propose holistic health solutions Capacity to solve complex problems, understand all aspects of a given situation and easily come up with solutions Aptitude for conveying clear information and for training other team members Ability to manage several projects at once and manage tight deadlines in collaboration with other team members Full adherence to Normandin Beaudry’s values: excellence, respect, initiative, collegiality Proficiency in spoken and written English, French is an asset Are you interested in this position?
