Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to join our team. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Duties:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
- Provide safety training to employees on various safety topics
- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and improve processes
- Monitor compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to fabricate effective safety training programs
- Experience in training development is a plus
