As the Head of Total Rewards & HR Analytics, you willbe a key member of the People & Culture leadership team and guide acomprehensive total rewards and people analytics strategy thatattracts and rewards top talent,supports a high-performance team culture,and continues to make CARFAX a great place to work.What you’ll be doing:Create a robust Total Rewards function: Design pay programs that reward performance:Provide expertise and thought leadership to design, implement, and manage competitive, scalable and cost-effective compensation programs that align with strategic business goals.Ensure programs are equitable, performance-driven, market competitive, legally compliant, efficiently administered and effectively communicated. Develop key frameworks that drive our people strategy: Build on our job architecture framework through development of pay grades, career paths, promotion guidelines, and refining levelling criteria that align with our casual, mission-driven culture and supports our business growth. Provide great benefits:Oversee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, our four day summer workweek, and other perks that people love. Manage relationships with external vendors and benefit providers, ensuring a great employee experience. Ensure a fair and equitable workplace:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and market trends impacting compensation and benefits, proactively amend policies and programs to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, data privacy, and financial and SOX controls. Communicate the value:Develop comprehensive and integrated communication strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and understanding of guidelines and programs. Build a strong people analytics function: Analyze workforce trends and needs to guide workforce planning, decision making and measure the impact of HR programs. Use analytics to improve our quality of hires, employee engagement, performance, and retention. Create a great people experience:Improve and automate HR processes through effective processes, tools and Human Resource Management System (HRMS)enhancements. Build a team of functional experts:Lead and mentor a team of compensation, benefits, analytics, and HRMS professionals, ensuring high performance, learning and growth. What we’re looking for:Must have 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 7+ years of leadership experience in total rewards. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) preferred. Demonstrated success as a strategic thought leader and total rewards subject matter expert with strong business acumen and experience, influencing stakeholders, building strong partnerships, and leading through change. Experience working closely with partners in Finance to optimize ROI, reduce risk, evaluate options, and make data-driven recommendations; must have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think conceptually and identify innovative solutions and communicate complex information in a clear and simple way. Demonstrated experience ensuring that compensation, benefits, and HR programs comply with relevant laws and regulations and establishing strong governance practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic environment with a focus on driving operational efficiencies that map to changing needs a must; experience with process improvement and automation required; implementation and management ofHuman Resource Management Systems highly desirable. Proven leadershipand track record of developing people, building, and leading high performing teams is required.
