Haru Sushi is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager.
· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
· Wage: $28.00~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)
· Number of Positions: 1
Job Duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
· Determine and implement operational procedures.
· Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· May assist in developing, implementing, and analyzing budgets.
· Establish work schedules and evaluate staff’s work performance.
· Address customers’ inquiries and complaints.
· Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Job requirements:
· Experience: Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
