Duties:
SalesStrategy and Execution:
Developand implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identifynew business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Presentand promote our immigration services to potential clients, showcasing the valueand benefits.
AccountManagement:
Maintaindetailed records of client interactions, transactions, and progress using CRMsoftware.
Monitorclient accounts to ensure they remain satisfied and informed about theirimmigration process.
Preparereports on sales activity, client interactions, and market trends.
Collaborationand Teamwork:
Workclosely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotionalcampaigns.
Collaboratewith immigration consultants and legal advisors to ensure clients receivecomprehensive and accurate advice.
Participatein team meetings, contributing to the development of sales strategies andobjectives.
Educationand Experience:
Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimumof 1-3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or accountmanagement, preferably in the immigration or consultancy industry.
Skillsand Competencies:
Proventrack record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.
Highlevel of integrity and professionalism.
Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiencyin CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
AdditionalRequirements:
Knowledgeof Canadian immigration processes and regulations is an asset.
Multilingualabilities are a plus.
Willingnessto travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
