The GRAPHIC DESIGNER is a key team member in delivering our products and services to clients. Highly creative with a sharp eye for detail and a good understanding of typography, layout, graphic design principles and process. Collaborate with the creative team to produce the best work possible, exceeding client needs and expectations. With the ability to create impactful designs, in digital or print, that captures and exceeds our clients’ goals and objectives.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participating in various design projects from concept to completion, according to requirements
  • Collaborate internally as well as with clients to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms
  • Keep informed on key industry and local trends and events
  • Producing high-quality and effective creative designs for all media within the agreed upon timeline and hours
  • Reviewing and revising work to ensure a minimum of design and content errors

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme development, individual piece designs, etc.
  • Participating in various design projects from concept to completion, according to requirements
  • Work efficiently on the development of needed client materials
  • Submit creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline and budget
  • Attend meetings as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree or diploma in graphic design, communication design or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years direct work experience as a graphic designer
  • A good working knowledge of typography, layout and the visual elements of graphic design
  • Proficient understanding and use of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
    • Understanding of styles, layers, masters and print/web production
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
  • Able to adjust to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills,
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Works well under tight deadlines
  • Experience working both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

  • Occasional overtime and travel may be required.
