We are looking for a motivated, hungry, high energy graphic designer. You will be the first graphic designer working for a leading real estate company that is growing and scaling rapidly.

Working autonomously, you will shape the brand's visual identity, while collaborating with a great marketing team, 5 days a week onsite at Yonge & St. Clair. The company offers a gorgeous work environment, catered lunches daily, great salary, vacation, and benefits starting from day 1.

Responsibilities:

  • Bringing concepts to life with striking visuals.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and integrating the latest design techniques into projects.
  • Creating impactful advertising materials for digital and print platforms.
  • Developing concepts for advertising campaigns that resonate with the audience.
  • Maintaining a high standard of design quality across all materials.
  • Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring projects from concept to execution.
  • Conducting thorough reviews to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintaining marketing assets in an organized manner.
  • Staying informed about branding and design trends.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing organization, ideally in consumer goods or technology.
  • Impressive portfolio showcasing diverse work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work additional hours.
