You will work with a cross-functional team that includes product, business, marketing, legal, and finance to develop, manage, and execute go-to-market activities leading up to the launch of new products, features, experiences, and services.The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. This person will be responsible for executing a continuum of go-to-market mechanisms to drive strategic inputs including how to capture product and customer definition, align with business analytics for sizing, provide stakeholder feedback on customer messaging, and provide a cohesive view of a full end-to-end GTM that aligns across key cross-functional teams effectively. They will have a thorough understanding of how to use data to inform overall GTM decisions and help drive adoption They will need to have the ability to work independently as a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in an ever-evolving environment, and can scale solutions that meet the growing needs of the Commercial team. The ideal candidate will possess strong prioritization skills and have a strong leadership presence, including communicating clearly and convincingly.You are an ideal candidate for this role if:You can articulate a go-to-market strategy from idea to in marketplace, including identifying the overall strategy, goals, key performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms for a matrixed cross-functional stakeholder process.You are able to capture and distill data from varying inputs including leadership, customer analysis, customer research, and cross-teams and translate to the development of a cohesive product or feature launch, education, and awareness tactics.You can easily evaluate gaps and risks to the successful launch of the product, service or feature and develop options to mitigate while capturing alignment across stakeholdersYou are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities simultaneouslyYou have exceptional analytical skills and are a problem solver You have strong written and verbal communications skillsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of professional experience in product marketing, strategy, revenue marketing, or similar in a tech companyPast experience creating competative analysis, Go-to-Market insights, customer insights or similarPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSStrong skill in excel and power point.Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with team members, executives, and external partners.Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail. This position is based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
