Job Summary:
This role provides support across Culture & Experience deliverables including global brand and communications, alignment to key HR and business strategies, communications as well as Surveys, Metrics & Reporting to clearly articulate the MUFG Way, Employee Brand, to all employees, and to test, measure, and refine initiatives to bridge gaps in culture and behaviors.
The role may also support on key projects and administrative support across the entire Talent and Learning platform and programming as needed to support the Global team and strategic imperatives of the Global HR Function.

Primary Accountabilities:
This role will be accountable for supporting the following within the Global Talent, Learning & Culture organization:


MUFG Employee Survey/Pulse Checks:

  • Lead support on execution of global annual survey and pulse check administration (HRIS reporting/integration, hierarchy build, question development, and more), Communications support (drafting launch communications, FAQ guides) and Results Analysis (reporting for various business units, custom reporting, ability to identify key themes and tell a story with the data to highlight strengths and opportunities)

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Partner with data and analytics team and key stakeholders to enhance/improve Culture Heatmap
  • Quarterly to GHRLT, Risk partners for Culture Heatmap; Support regional reporting

Employee Engagement:

  • Help to establish and support various employee feedback loop channels to gather feedback (MES, Glint, Focus Groups), and Leadership Forums which gather together leaders, managers and employees from regions to provide feedback, insights, and to carry down key messages to their local teams.

Culture / MUFG Way:

  • Draft communications plans / calendars to support continual roll out of Culture messaging
  • Draft communications collateral / key messages that can be adapted and embedded across regions according to cultural nuances.

This role may also include supporting:

  • Additional projects / team support for other areas, including drafting presentations, updating project timelines, setting meetings, etc.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PPT, Excel), Communications channels such as MS Teams, Outlook a plus
  • Strong communications abilities, both verbal and written communications to clearly articulate key messages, asks, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills; juggling multiple projects concurrently, comfort in shifting priorities according to internal client / stakeholder needs
  • Proficient analytical skills in interpreting survey data, producing reports

Experience Required:
1-2 years experience within Human Resources
